Chrome Kursk Pro
Mar 9, 2011 By : Terrence Patrick
I just built up my Leader 725-2011 as a speed/distance bike and wanted to go SPD on the build. So, I started hunting for some SPD compatible shoes. I searched high and low and found a lot of cool shoes but really wanted quality at a decent price. So, I came across the Chrome Kursk Pros. I get the familiar shape of a Chuck Taylor so I know how it will look with my clothing and I also get the SPD that I want. Win, Win. They came in the mail today and they are better than my expectation and my expectation was high. Corinne at Chrome said that they run a 1/2 size big. I usually wear an 11.5 and I was shipped an 11. They fit perfect. Now, time to break these bad boys in. I will follow up when they are good and used. Give me two weeks. See specs and pricing at the Chrome Website.

Have the Kursk Pro’s battled the last few weeks successfully?
Yes, I must say that I love these shoes. I am in the middle of following up on this post. I can ride in normal clothes and show up at an event or work and look like I have normal shoes on. They are comfortable too. Pair them with cycling socks and you have a winner!
