Summer Fix
Fixed gear freestyle really is in a great place right now. The group of sponsored riders is small enough that when these larger trick comps take place in various cities across the US, everyone who flies in hangs out together so it’s not so much of a competition as it is a chance for friends who haven’t seen each other to hang out as well as meet new faces. Even when it comes time to “compete”, it’s more of friends pushing each other to do better then rivals fighting for 1st place.
Summer Fix was no exception. It was fun seeing the sport pushed to new heights, sponsors and promoters going the extra miles to put on an amazing course, and have an absolutely massive crowd attend to check out the competition.
